On 12^th October, 2018, Faculty of Economics has successfully organized seminar “Job seeking skill and career orientation” at room A.515, University of Economics and Law with the attendance of more than 100 students

The seminar has welcomed 2 speakers from The gioi di dong Corporation

1.    Mr. Tran Anh Duc, recruitment expert

2.    Ms. Dang Thi Hue – Leader of Talent Acquisition group

In the seminar, students had met and directly given questions to the speakers about issues which is relevant to determine career by IKIGAI method as well as advantages and disadvantages of economic students when apply this method. From that, they can experience themselves in order to choose their applicable careers wisely. Student also communicated with Ms. Dang Thi Hue, who is also alumni of cohort 10 of Bachelor of Economics, about Human resources field with her useful and practical experiment. As a result, students can visualize their future paths.

Especially, students had opportunity to interchange with the recruitment of the Vietnam No.1 retailer and Top 2 most favorite recruitment in 2017. Besides that, students also have chance to be intern and official employee of this corporation.

FE hope that the seminar was actually useful for students, helped students to accumulate more new knowledge and skills which are crucial and partly support them in consolidating thought and intellect for their next steps.
