On May 7, 2019, Faculty of Economics successfully organized the academic seminar "Learning to do, doing to learn". The seminar was held in room A.704, University of Economics and Law, Ho Chi Minh National University with more than 100 students from faculties inside and outside the school and an extremely exciting atmosphere.
The speaker at the seminar is Mr. Tran Huu Duc, a Former student of Economics and Public Management Course 12 and former Champion of Today Voice 2015 organized by Unesco. In the middle of his second year of university, he surpassed more than 1,000 students to become Unilever's Ambassador for two consecutive years, 2013 and 2014. In his third year of university, while working at Unilever Vietnam, he became one of the Young Marketing Internships and received excellent certificates of merit from the company. In his fourth year of university, surpassing more than 5,000 students nationwide with the global competitiveness index (GCI) at the top - he won the First Prize in the "2015 Generation of Creation" contest organized by UNESCO-CEP. After graduating and working his first job at a Canadian company, Anh received the "2017 Global Outstanding Employee" award from Sun Life Financial. In 2018, with a desire to conquer, he ventured into the field of Real Estate. During the first month of work, He became the company's Best Seller and was appointed to the position of Sales Manager at Central Real company at a very young age. With a passion for Business, at the end of 2018, he decided to start a business and became the Founder and CEO of SGROUP company at the age of 24. With many years of experience in the field of economics - finance and as a reporter, he has brought students many useful lessons, valuable skills and new perspectives on learning and working.
