Real estate market in Vietnam had been suffering the rise and fall as well as immeasurable fluctuation which affected significantly to our country’s economy in general and merchandising of immovable firms, investors and people who had imperative demands about departments in particular. Nowadays, some sources of information such as :”The token of real property market’s rehabilitate”, “ Selling flats for people who is earning low salaries, were easily found.
This issue was also attracting students’ attention in University of Economics and Law. Therefore, in the morning in 8th November 2014, Faculty of Economics organized a conference name :” REAL ESTATE MARKET IN 2014- PROPECTS IN 2015” which is presided by Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Chi Hai - Dean of Faculty of Economics, with the participation of speakers:

They didn’t only discuss the real estate in Vietnam, but they also predicted the market variety in the next period. Concurrently, haranguers explained more distinctly about the essence of immovable intermediary job which helped students to prepare knowledge and essential skills to be a good real estate broker. Another interesting part was Q & A time and discussed between speakers and students so as to clear up queries about this article.
