Visiting and engaging in practical experiences within various enterprises is a customary endeavor for Faculties and University of Economics and Law in order to provide students with the opportunity to combine theoretical knowledge with real-world applications, allowing them to gain a clear career direction and exposure to environmental work in the future. On June 15, 2023, the University of Economics and Law's Cooperation and Development Department collaborated with Chailease International Leasing Company to organize a business visit for students in course 20 of the Faculty of Economics.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Trang, Ms. Mai Le Thuy Van, and Ms. Nguyen Thanh Huyen from the Faculty of Economics led the students to visit the company. The representatives of the company included: Mr. Ailsen Hsu - Director of Human Resources; Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Quyen - Deputy Head of Human Resources; Ms. Hanh - Deputy Head of the Business Department and Ms. Nhu - Credit Department, who are former students from the 8th class and 18th class, respectively, of University of Economics and Law, they represent the company and share their experiences and exchange along with students.
The visit was organized solemnly and tailored to the students' needs, they were given the opportunity to visit the company and were greeted warmly by corporate representatives, as well as had a chance to greet Mr. Ailsen Hsu, Chailease's Human Resources Director. Additionally, the company also creates conditions to lead students to observe specific departments' positions and the modern open office layout helps students to envision a real working office.
The exchange took place with the captivating guidance of "Seniors" who are also former UEL's students, which made the students better understand the work in the departments as well as confidently discuss any queries, including those related to career opportunities and remuneration of the company.
Through the practical visit, exchange, and interaction with your company, students get access to different jobs in the sector of financial leasing as well as the career opportunity that the company offers. There are particularly appealing job options for students who have not graduated with an attractive internship program and allowances for interns. Currently, the company has also just accepted 3 students from the Faculty of Economic' 19th class, who have only worked for 4 months but have achieved significant progress in their professional skills and social communication.
At the end of the practical visit, Chailease representatives thanked and handed souvenirs to the teachers and students who came to visit. The Faculty of Economics, especially, expressed a desire for Chailease to always accompany and collaborate with the Faculty and the University in supporting practical visits and career orientation as well as creating jobs for the students.
