From March 23 to March 27, 2023, the Faculty of Economics, The  University of Economics and Law, organized Four Acceptance Councils for Student Scientific Research topics in academic year 2022-2023.

The acceptance session took place successfully, research ideas were presented and discussed enthusiastically. Research topics were diverse, including many fields such as economics, management, psychology, and the environment. The research groups received useful suggestions and feedback from members of the association to complete research topics.

Among the 30 projects accepted, the councils selected 6 best topics to be nominated for the Student Scientific Research Award at the school level. Selected topics included:

The topic "Impact of foreign direct investment and trade openness on income inequality in ASEAN region" by a group of students Nguyen Hoa Kim Thai, Phan Thanh Thanh.

The topic "Impact of institutions and effectiveness of public governance on local economic growth in Vietnam" by a group of students Hoang Thi Mai Thi, Truong Ngoc Bich Quyen, Nguyen Thi Cam Ly, Truong Xuan My, Le Ho Hong Uyen.

The topic "Determinants of academic resilience in Vietnam: Empirical evidences in Ho Chi Minh city" by a group of students Truong Khanh Linh, Du Nguyen Dieu Dieu, Ngo Tuyet Huong, Pham Duong Phuong Thuy, Nguyen Thi Thu Ngan.

The topic "Factors affecting green consumption behavior of students of Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City" by a group of students Phan Thi Minh Thu, Do Tran Dong Hai, Do Quynh To Nhu, Pham Ngoc Bao Tran .

The topic "Evaluating green fashion: Approaching from consumer shopping behavior" by a group of students Tran Khanh Nhi, Tran Nhat Tan, Do Thi Thuy Tien, Do Nguyen Khanh Van, Pham Thu Huong.

The topic "The impact of gender inequality on economic growth in Asian middle-income countries in the period 2000-2020" by a group of students Tran Thu Hien, Nguyen Hoang Minh Dan, Nguyen Yen Linh, Huynh Hien Thuong , Le Quang Khai Nguyen.
