Fied trip to ACECOOK Vietnam of students of Faculty of Economics

On August 6, 2025, the Faculty of Economics organized a field trip for students to visit the ACECOOK Factory, one of Vietnam's leading enterprises in the food production industry. The trip included students from the Faculty of Economics, the Faculty of Economic Law, and the Faculty of Business Administration, guided by Ms. Nguyễn Thị Quỳnh Trang (Faculty of Economics) and Mr. Nguyễn Đình Đức (Faculty of Economic Law). This activity allowed students to explore a modern production environment, observe quality management processes, and connect theoretical knowledge with real-world business operations.

As part of the program, students attended a presentation on the history, development, and strategies of ACECOOK. A company representative shared ACECOOK’s journey, from its humble beginnings to becoming a leading brand in Vietnam’s food industry.

Following the engaging and detailed presentation on ACECOOK’s formation, development, and production-business operations, students had the opportunity to freely explore the company’s modern office space. They observed models simulating advanced production processes, gaining a clearer understanding of the supply chain from raw materials to finished products.

In addition to the production simulation models, the ACECOOK office featured creatively designed display areas and interactive, entertaining activities. Knowledge-based games and rewards from the company created a lively and engaging atmosphere. Meaningful gifts not only brought joy but also motivated students to continue learning and exploring.

The highlight of the trip was the tour of the instant noodle production line model. This activity provided a direct perspective on modern production processes, deepening students’ understanding of practical operations in the food industry.

One of the most anticipated activities was the hands-on experience of preparing and tasting instant noodles, the signature product that has made ACECOOK a household name. At the interactive area, students personalized their hot noodle dishes, creating not only a unique culinary experience but also unforgettable memories, making the field trip truly meaningful.

The visit left a lasting impression and equipped students with valuable practical knowledge. It was not only an enriching out-of-classroom learning experience but also an opportunity to foster teamwork and explore corporate culture in the context of global integration.

Concluding the trip, Ms. Nguyễn Thị Quỳnh Trang, the group leader, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the event organizers and the ACECOOK team for their warm, dedicated, and professional hospitality.
