Seminar "Entrepreneurial Mindset and Innovation in the Economic Field": Inspire - Open Mind - Connect Actions

On the morning of May 24, 2025, the Faculty of Economics successfully organized a specialized seminar on "Entrepreneurial Mindset and Innovation in the Economic Field" for postgraduate students from intakes K22, K23, and K24. The event took place in room DMA 1.3 at 45 Dinh Tien Hoang, District 1. The seminar was led by M.A. Le Nhat Quang, Director of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City. Also in attendance were Dr. Nguyen Dinh Binh, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Economics, and Dr. Nguyen Thi Dong, a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics.

During the session, M.A. Le Nhat Quang provided profound and up-to-date insights into the modern entrepreneurial spirit, the foundational elements for innovation in the context of digital transformation, and the role of economic thinking in solving practical problems.

A highlight of the seminar was the interactive group activity, the "Marshmallow Challenge," a game of building a tower with spaghetti sticks. Despite its simple form, this activity presented many challenges related to creative thinking, task allocation, problem-solving, and effective group coordination. The activity not only accurately reflected the spirit of innovation that the seminar aimed for but also created a lively and open atmosphere, helping students connect, enhance their learning experience, and foster a readiness to act on their entrepreneurial journey.

The active presence and participation of the students were key factors in the program's success. The Faculty of Economics sincerely thanks them and hopes for their continued companionship in future activities.
