On December 26, 2022, Vietnam National Union of Students issued Decision No.1888-QD/TWSV about awarding the title "Student of 5 merits", "Team Student of 5 merits" at Central level in 2022. 

Nguyen Hoa Kim Thai - Association head of Faculty of Economics, University of Economics and Law - is one of 85 individuals who was awarded "Student of 5 merits" by Central level in 2022.

"Student of 5 merits" is a noble title that helps Vietnamese students to actively improve themselves in 5 aspects: "Morality, Academic performance, Physical fitness, Voluntary participation, Integration skills" 

This title serves as evidence of the efforts in studying and self-improvement by student Nguyen Hoa Kim Thai.
