Research universities are considered as the center of the global knowledge economy within the 21 century and serve the higher education system all over the world. Based on this spirit, The University of Economics and Law in general and Faculty of Economics in particular have determined specific goals relating to scientific research activities.
Faculty and students jointly develop and test research-oriented teaching concepts in their subject areas in courses. Faculty of Economics identifies that doing scientific research is an important task for lecturers to improve their professional skills and serve teaching careers, at the same time to build the strength and prestige of Faculty of Economics, University of Economics and Law.
