In order to help the Faculty’s lecturers and students to have conditions on researching and learning  more about the Large-scale Paddy Field model; from Dec 26th, 2015 to Dec 27th, 2015, a field trip to An Giang Province was held by Faculty and led by Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Chi Hai to visit and work at Dinh Thanh Agricultural Research Center (Dinh Thanh ARC) and Thoai Son Co., Ltd. These are two units of Loc Troi Corporation (formerly known as An Giang Plant Protection Join Stock Company), based in Thoai Son District, An Giang Province.

Throughout the working days, the team and representative leader of Dinh Thanh ARC together exchanged views on the researching field and discussed about the Cooperation opportunities as well as the exchange of documents and database related to scientific researching topics.

On visiting Thoai Son Co., Ltd in Thoai Son District, An Giang Province, the team took a field trip, exchanged information and learned more about the Large-scale Paddy Field model that was being carried out and brought lots of considerable success for the agriculture not only in An Giang province but also the whole Mekong delta.

After the visit and work, the team has got lots of useful practical knowledge as well as memorable experiences. Beside that, the team also visited Tra Su eco-tourism destinations and Chau Doc city. This is an outstanding tourist destination and has a certain sense in the economic of An Giang province.
