The
quality assurance system of FE is used to enhance activity results of the
Faculty.
Activities
of quality assurance and program self-assessments at FE are always paid much
attention to and become one of the important duties. More importantly, these
activities have been very frequent at FE and are widely popular among students.
The quality management model of FE is built with 4 factors, such as building
plans, implementing, analyzing, assessing and improving.
The
quality assurance and assessment at FE is implemented as follows:
Assessing the updating of the program learning outcomes, syllabuses.
Surveying students on subjects, learning outcomes, training courses.
Consulting recruiters and alumni on the training quality.
Analyzing
and assessing survey results, and sending the report to OETQA.
Using the survey results and the feedback from OETQA to give solutions to
improving training quality.
The
process of self-assessing the BPEM Program is carried out with 4 periods:
From October, 2009 to January, 2010:
Internal assessment at the university level.
From November, 2010 to January,
2017: Improvement of training program and quality.
From February, 2017
to December, 2017: External assessment at VNU-HCM in compliance with the
standard of AUN-QA.
From January, 2018 to January, 2019: self-assessment of the Undergraduate
Program in Public Economics and Management (BPEM) to officially register an
independent assessment at AUN.
With our great efforts, the self-assessment
report on the BPEM Program has been completed. We would like to introduce
this report to AUN.
The
next part of the report will introduce the self-assessment of academic program
under AUN-QA standards.
