2: TRAINING OBJECTIVES AND CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
|
Objectives
|
- The
program in Public Economics and Management is designed to provide qualified
economics graduates with the ability to fulfill their assigned duties, their
political qualities, their ethics, their health and their teamwork skills.
-
Graduates in Economics and Public Management is equipped with basic and deep
knowledge in applied economics in the public sector and public sector
management; To have knowledge and skills in analyzing, evaluating, planning
and organizing the implementation of socio-economic development programs and
projects in urban centers and areas in the administrative and non-business
sectors, production and business services; Ability to study and study at a
higher level.

Graduates can work in state economic
management agencies, public service organizations in the fields of finance,
urban management, education .... In addition, graduates can work for
non-governmental organizations and businesses in the economic sector.

Expected output
|
Knowledge:
Knowledge of the social and humanities; Have basic knowledge of economics,
business and foreign languages; Extensive knowledge and expertise in economic
and financial management in the public sector.

Skills: analytical thinking skills,
integrated and creative skills; research skills, assessment of socio-economic
policies; problem solving skills, skills in applying statistical tools,

Communication skills: communication skills,
teamwork skills, and English communication skills equivalent to 450 TOEIC.

3: TRAINING
ORGANIZATION AND STUDENT EVALUATION

The
program includes 130 credits (not including foreign language, physical
education and Military education and training)

General education: 46 credits allocated in semester 1, semester 2, semester
3.

Basic knowledge: 21 credits are studied in the fourth semester.
|

Specialized knowledge: 53 credits in semester 5, semester 6, semester
|

Internship, graduation thesis / subject: 10 credits in semester 8.
|

Students can take another bachelor's degree at the end of the first semester,
with grade point average of 5

points include process points (not compulsory), mid-term points of 20-50%,
and end points of up to 50%.

- Conditions for graduation
thesis: Students with average grade accumulation from good and up to 10% of
students in the industry. Students do not complete the graduation thesis,
advanced training subjects of the training.
