Mr. Phan Chánh Dưỡng is President of Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone in Ho Chi Minh City. He is instructor in Marketing Places during the spring term. Mr. Duong holds a Bachelor's Degree of Physics in Electronics from Saigon University, Faculty of Science. He is a member of the Economic Consulting Group for the Prime Minister. During the spring term of 2003-2004 academic year Mr. Duong was a Fellow at the Center for Business and Government, John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.
