On the morning of November 8, 2022, at room A.114, the University of Economics and Law,  the regular meeting of the Dean’s Committee of the Faculty of Economics with postgraduates was held.

Chairing the meeting was Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Chi Hai - Dean of Faculty of Economics.

The session consisted of three main topics:

The first is about Information on learning situations, thesis implementation of PhD students of the Faculty of Economics. At the beginning, Master Pham Le Quang, Deputy Head of Graduate School & Science and Technology Department informed some contents related to the postgraduate training process, difficulties and problems in procedures…Then, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Chi Hai thoroughly grasped the general situation of graduate student training at the Faculty, announced the recent graduation situation and reminded the postgraduates to have close contact with the instructor, actively participate in the thesis, topic, and professional level defense sessions.
Second, reporting the theme “Quantitative analysis in the implementation of the thesis - Approach, strengths, limitations and illustrative situations”, the reporter is Master Huynh Ngoc Chuong, lecturer of the Faculty of Economics. The thematic report brought a lot of knowledge and skills to enhance the applicability of quantitative analysis in economic research and received the attention of postgraduates, lecturers and students at the Faculty of Economics.

 The third is Seminar on "Difficulties, barriers and solutions in studying and implementing doctoral thesis" with the participation of the Faculty of Economics, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Hong Nga, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Do Phu Tran Tinh, Dr. Pham My Duyen, Dr. Nguyen Dinh Binh. The seminar took place very excitingly with the interest and active exchange of PhD students and lecturers of the Faculty of Economics.
